@pan- are they in town investigating my new non-neighbor? I've only ever seen the back of his head... he gets mail, and his lights are on sometimes, but I've never seen his face.

@eb- YES! can you imagine? I'm already funky 'cuz it's raining and I'm running late, and then Sandford and/or Son is blocking my view of my quiet nabe!
I wish the picture could have shown the TRASH that was inside- no lie! Piles and piles of trash inside the van!
